Skiks.nl is part of Skiks Fashion Ltd (established in 1989, Chamber of Commerce 12026480) and offers besides a webshop for childrens wear also a webshop for fashion addicted girls: www.skikswomen.com >besides our webshop we also run a store: DWARZ in Kidzmode Horst (Netherlands). This store (140 m2) is trendsetting in this region. We are official dealer for Diesel, Bengh, Bor * z, Nolita, Ra-re, Miss Sixty, Muy Malo, Gsus, Vingino, Imps & Elfs .... We use this experience in the top segment of the children's clothing since 2005 for our webshop Skiks.com and we will stand for reliable advice, fast delivery and competitive prices! Skiks Fashion Ltd is member of the Dutch fashion organization CBW-Mitex (Member No 5702) and therefore we have to abide by the arbitration board of this organization.

Of course, the easiest way to order is using the online shop. But you can also order your phone (+31 (0) 77-3980087) . Customer service is open: Monday through Friday from 9:30 am -15:00 pm. Payment methods After you've ordered we will sent a payment request with payment instructions by mail. As a general rule, after the payment has arrived on our bank-account we will ship your order the same day! Delivery time depends on the country. Only for shipping outside the Netherland Paypal payments are excepted. Transfer the money to info@skiks.nl Prices All prices are inclusive of VAT and valid until stocks last.
The shipping
The shipping for orders within the Netherlands is free (orders less than € 50,-= € 3.95). Germany and Belgium € 4,95 Europe General € 9,95 (check out your shoppingbag for excact details) United States and Canada € 19.95.
Shipping will be done by TPG parcelware ltd at buyers own risk .
Returning of goods
If an item does not meet your expectations you may return the goods without giving any reason. If you want, we will return your money back on your bank account for non discounted items. On sale items you will receive a credit for this amount on your account. Fill in the letter for returning goods which was included in your shipment , or print it here. Returned items must arrive at skiks.nl within 10 days after skiks.nl shipment date. The warranty expires if items a. are worn , b. You've tried to repair a defect without our permission, c. you did not follow instructions.
Cancel
You may cancel an order without giving any reason before the payment was made or until the items are shipped. You will get no cash return on discounted items. On discounted items you will receive a credit for this amount on your account. Payment Delay / order failure If an order by phone or through our online store was successful, this is a legal agreement. This agreement should therefore be observed or canceled according to the cancellation conditions.
